IDP Education & Universities Wales: India Market Update

Universities Wales is working with IDP Education to deliver a market briefing on India for Welsh institutions on the 8th August in Cardiff. IDP’s Country Director for India, Piyush Kumar, will be visiting Cardiff and has agreed to lead the session. All colleagues are welcome, but the briefing will mostly be targeted at International Directors and Country or Regional Managers. ERC Grant writing workshop at Bangor University: 6 September 2016

A one-day workshop by Yellow Research is being held for researchers in Wales in how to write competitive European Research Council (ERC) grants. This workshop is funded by the NRN-LCEE and will take place at Bangor University on 6 September.

The workshop is open to researchers, researcher managers and support staff from all Welsh HEIs, the British Geological Survey Wales and the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology Bangor who are considering submitting an ERC Starting or Consolidator Grant (https://erc.europa.eu/funding-and-grants/funding-schemes).
