Wales Festival of Innovation: 20th June – 1st July 2016

The third annual Wales Festival of Innovation will provide innovators with the opportunity to network with industry experts and showcase their products and services to potential customers and members of the public from across Wales and beyond.

With nearly 60 events being held by companies and academia across the country, 2016 is sure to be the most successful Festival to date.

This year is also set to be the most diverse Festival, with an array workshops, exhibitions, open days, demonstrations, lectures and conferences taking place the country, which will give an unprecedented level of access to ground-breaking work being done by scientists and entrepreneurs in Wales.

The initiative is designed to inspire more businesses and individuals from all sectors involved to bring forward new ideas and also to establish Wales in the eyes of potential investors and the wider business world as a hotbed of fresh thinking.

As in previous years, the Festival’s aim is to help embed innovation as a major engine of Welsh economic growth, with the potential to increase national earnings by hundreds of millions of pounds each year and create thousands of new jobs.
