This year’s flagship Universities Week event is due to feature a keynote speech by the Chief Scientific Adviser for Wales, Professor Julie Williams, followed by a question and answer session with her and the Chair of Higher Education Wales, Professor Colin Riordan.

The focus of the evening will be the relevance of university research and its everyday effect on our lives, and we hope you can attend to learn more about the impact our universities are currently having through innovative and life-changing research.

The evening will be preceded with a canapé reception hosted in the foyer of the National Museum Cardiff at 6:00pm.
